2.  If you click on any jellyfish name it will bring you to a picture of that jelly so that you may accurately identify the species.

3.  Please verify that you are entering in your measurements in the desired format.  These formats can be verified by clicking on the values name or they are listed here.

4.  Only qualified site ID's are to be entered into the Site ID blank.  If you do not have a Site ID or are not at your site please use  the independent sighting form.

5.  If you have more than on jellyfish to submit at a given time you may click the back button and go back to the data you already entered and edit it.
